Terms of Guarantee
The application area of the HM radiator comprises closed and permanently filled hot water systems, which are expertly installed in compliance with VDI Guidelines 2035 and where the operating conditions are max. 10 bar (CLASSIC) or 6 bar (GALANT / THEME) Operating pressure and max. 110 ° C operating temperature. For installation in damp rooms we refer to the application possibilities and application limits according to the BDH information sheet No. 7. Please note that HM heaters must be carefully transported and protected against harmful influences on the construction site. They must be stored in dry, chemically and physically unloaded rooms.
If the warranty conditions are observed, HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology for the tightness and surface coating of the HM radiators 5-year warranty from date of sale.
The guarantee claim must be submitted in writing within the warranty period in writing to Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology | Wachstedter Straße 13 | 37351 Dingelstädt | info@hm-heating.de or against the dealer by the guarantor.
If the full warranty conditions are observed, HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology will replace the warranty product by an identical or equivalent product (exchange product). If the HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology and the customer, the customer is obligated to use the exchange product at HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology, or by a representative of HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology.
Any additional service is not covered by the guarantee, in particular the HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology does not incur any costs for other damages caused by or due to the defective product, such as installation / removal costs and transport costs or damage to other items of the guarantor.
The statutory rights of the guarantor (for example, from the purchase agreement) are not affected by this guarantee or are not restricted here.
